First- and second-year university science
Getting across the core and prerequisite courses. We can work through lecture content, practicals, tutorials, workshops, and assessments together, at a pace that feels right for you. We offer support deeper than the course you are enrolled in, covering foundational knowledge and context so you can feel confident tackling your course requirements independently.
High school biology, chemistry, physics, and maths
Year 12 is no joke—we get that. It requires persistence, grit, and cumulative learning. We cover Australian Curriculum Units 1, 2, 3 & 4, including specialised external exams. Our tutors specialise in QCE, HSC, VCE, and IB, taught properly rather than memorised.
Returning to study
Looking to gain your Tertiary Preparation Certificate (TPC) or return to university study after a break? We can help you achieve your goals. We have a passion for helping students remember the joy of the classroom.
Distance education and external students
Some concepts require a human explanation. We provide that extra support for students with reduced contact time. We have helped students studying through distance education, alternative curricula, and even students living abroad.
Scientific research and writing skills
Since Aristotle, an estimated 150 million journal articles have been published. We teach you how to search properly, read efficiently, and pick out the weeds. The end result is turning a pile of sources into one clear argument—a key skill for life.
Exam preparation
Exam nerves are guaranteed, but a poor result is not. We have countless practice papers and review questions. We come prepared with a plan for the weeks in front of you, individually tailored to high school external exams or university hurdles.
Adaptable, accessible teaching
There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to learning. Sessions are shaped around how you learn, and at your speed. Here, we combine study skills with life skills, and we are infinitely patient.
